Ann’s Sweet Potato Casserole

I'm not sure if this is a side dish or dessert, but it sure is good and makes a lot of yummy leftovers!

5-6 med to large sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 c sugar
3 t cinnamon
2 t nutmeg
2 t ground ginger
1 t salt

Topping:

2 c pecans
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter pieces

Chop together in food processor.

Mix all filling ingredients and spread in 13x9” casserole.

Top with topping and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
