Easy Marinated Raw Veggie Salad

1 small head of cauliflower, cut into little florets
2 stalks celery chopped
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper seeded & chopped
1 bunch radishes, trimmed and sliced

Marinade:

2/3 c olive oil
3 Dijon mustard
1/4 - 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1 T dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all veggies. Mix mariade ingredients and whisk well then pour over veggies. Stir to coat. Refrigerate at least one hour before eating to let flavors blend.
