Indian Style Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized florets
4 T olive oil
2 t salt
2 T curry powder
1 t ground coriander
2 t ground cumin

Toss cauliflower forets with about 4 T olive oil, or enough to coat thoroughly
Add salt, curry powder, coriander, and cumin mixture.

Put on a cookie tray with non stick spray or coating and
roast for about 18 minutes.

Great as a side dish or in wraps with other sauteed or roasted veggies.
