Ann's Yummy Southwestern Cornbread

This is really good and very moist - almost corn-cake rather than corn bread! Mmm.

1 1/2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 c sour cream
1 c oil
1 c milk
1 sm can of corn kernals
4 eggs, beaten
1 small can of chiles, diced, optional...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat Eggs. Mix all ingredients together.
Dump into 8” cast iron skillet or deep round pan
Cook for 1 hr.
Mmm.
